Symbolizing years of hard work and dedication, 19 students signed to their colleges and universities on Wednesday, Feb. 7 through Lee’s Summit West’s annual winter signing day.
The 19 honorees who celebrated with family and guests included Caden Carter, Sebastian Coleman, Adam Dodd, Jax Fosnow, Alyssa Good, Rocco Marchese, Austin Marsh, Jeshua O, Owen Polly, Logan Putman, Bren Rodebush, Arron Sims, Jackson Torry, Quincy Torry, Ty Washington, Evan Watson, Devin Wilson, Terrell Woods, and Adam Wooldridge. The sports ranged from baseball, lacrosse, softball, football and track and field, showcasing West’s outstanding student-athletes.
Several of these students are staying in state to continue their academic and sports careers. However, some are traveling to Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Alabama, and Kansas to start their post-secondary life.
